SEAL MY METAL SHED BASE

Hello everyone this is my first post and it's nice to be here :D

I've just erected a new metal shed on a concrete base but the metal base is letting in water.

I've bought some all weather sealant to put around the inside and the outside but if this doesn't do the trick I was thinking of either concreting or tarring the outside edges.

What do you think??
