Sealed Plug unit

In my haste i have cut the flex on my tv and have since realised that it had a sealed plug unit on the end. How do i replace this given that the flex only has a live and neutral wire running from appliance and obviously i need to somehow earth it.

No you don't. That means its double insulated. Just stick a normal three pin plug on it connecting blue to N and brown to L and ignore the earth pin.
