Sealing vinyl floor tiles

I'm about ready to buy and install vinyl floor tiles in my bathroom but am concerned about water ingress at the joints.
I know I can seal the edging with silicon sealant but it's the joints that butt together that worry me.
Can someone suggest how to effectively seal the joints - you know how some people are with water.
