How can I remove self adhesive plastic mini trunking from plasterboard without damage?

Hi tracyjane, a sharp vegetable paring knife will cut the thin layer of foam between the 2 sticky layers but you will still need to 'rub-off' the remaining layer, course sand paper sometimes rolls it of OK,regards
