Services in trench

I have recently dug out for my new garage, however in one of the 6.5m long trenches I have found the gas & electric supplys in ducts approx 300mm of the bottom of the the 1m deep trench and to further complicate matter they run diagonal over a distance of 4m. Any suggestions other than moving them.
