sewer pipes going through footings

hi there am familier with the idea of lintels spanning blockwork to allow drains to pass through footings but what if im planning a trench fill the pipe will be below the level i am planning the brickwork to start to i have to build this up with blocks before pouring concrete or can i build some sort of shutter? thanks in advance
