Shower Cabinet Identification Problem

I am trying to identify the model name of a shower cabinet along with manufacturer name and/or supplier . Can anyone help with any information at all? Pleases see link to pictures below.

Originally I thought that it was an early version of a Cooke and Lewis Cascata Quadrant Shower Enclosure. Now I am not so sure.
