Shower pump will not turn off.

Hope someone can help.
I have just installed a shower pump (hot) in my airing cupboard and commissioned it as per instructions, but when I turn on the power it runs ok but will not switch off when you turn the tap off. It's pumping water as the shower (mixer tap) works fine.
Can anyone suggest anything?

Either yo have mis-connected it, or the flow switch is faulty.

Thanks, have checked the connections and all fine. Had a feeling it could be faulty.
