    Sight Lines / Planning Permission

    For the design of a new dwelling we had to make a new access from the existing public road. The sight lines were 2.4m x 70m either side. Part of the sightlines run over the roadside verge which is not on our land. Do we need any easements/rights of way over this verge?

    ask the higways officer or the consultancy which designed your sightlines
