Hello,
I am in the process of buying a property that has an in fill next door that is being sold seperately. There is joint planning for demolision of the property I am buying in order to build a house on the demolision site and a bungalow on the in fill next door (being bought by somebody else and will be built on).
I do not intend to use the planning instread opting to modernise the current property. Has anybody had any experience of this, ie joint planning application but sold seperately? Are the sites / planning considered seperate by the LPA?
Thanks
Mike
