single skin external wall problem

by doitwell » Fri Feb 20, 2009 11:24 pm

Hi guys ... I hope someone will have an answer to this problem ... I've been asked to plaster a conversion, garage to utility/shower, but one of the external walls is single block. Plastering isn't a problem but I would like to fix stud, board and insulation to this area without eating into the limited space ... what is the best solution that will provide a damp proof/insulated wall

apply liquid d.p.m on to wall, then fix stud work, insulated in between stud work, then vapour check barrier over stud, then board.
