Skip Removal

I have a problem with a local skip company who will not remove a skip from my drive. They say that they can only take 2 skips per day and cannot commit to when it will be taken. It has now been circe 3.5 months and still no further forward to being collected. Have issued a 10 day warning letter re breach of contract as advised by trading standards but the company does not seem fussed.
Have also been advised by trading standards that we can now get another co to remove skip but I have been unable to find anyone who can/will.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
