I live on a very steep hill, I also have a street level front garden which is uneven soil and then slopes down to the house. I would like to make this into a drive, My Question is should I make the drive sloped in line with the roadside, so looking at the road from house, higher on the right side than left, or should I try to raise the left side so that it is level.

The drive should be built so as little water as possible runs towards the house and if this is achieved by sloping it slightly to one side its ok.
