    I have a 1939 brick built house that is painted in what looks like very thick white paint. I have a copy of the original building plans, which state the brick is coated with slurry. Does anyone know how slurry is made and applied as I need to replicate the original on a recently completed extension?

    Slurry
    Lime mixed with water and painted over stonework to seal it.
