Smeg Oven SE378MFX5 - not heating like before

Hi

We've got a SMEG SE378MFX5 oven and had it 3 years.
It's been fantastic but the temperature has been reduced
Drastically. It doesn't seem to heat up as before.
Any ideas before we call an engineer out?
