I have just moved in to a new house where the previous owners had their tv mounted on the wall. We don't want this so have been left with this plastic socket thing (the size of a light switch) which has been set in to a hole right in the middle of the wall - see photo!
My first problem is I can't see anywhere that it is obviously screwed in and so don't know how to remove it!
Secondly, how do I fill the hole once it is removed?!
