    Sofa Recovery

    Postby nadia_kirilova » Mon Oct 04, 2010 11:05 am

I would like to start a topic for sofa recovery. I currently have a few sofas that are lovely but (a) the seater cushions need re-stuffing, and (b) the covers are lovely but worn off on the arm rests.

In both cases I am sure there is a solution, but I am not aware of it and would like to know what others have done and (a) where to get stuffing for seater and normal cushions and what material is appropriate for what types of cushions, and (b) how to recover the covers only on the arm rests (in case one is not very well-versed with making patterns and sawing complex designs).

    Hi Nadia

I would back you on that - we certainly need a sofa recovery thread.
I have had to throw away 3 sofa now.

    :)

    Hi,
I am also in need of a good cushion cover for my sofa.

If you are going to use cushion cover as one of the accessory for Christmas decorations, then using cushions with red and white will be really good, making your children comfortable to cuddle and play with it.
