Spanish Render/Rough Render

I want to replicate a Spanish/rough render finish to a new wall in my garden. The scratch coat is on and the cement sand final coat is to be done on Monday.

I dont know how to form the irregular pattern i require in the final coat and am starting to think it is a specialist thing.

Can anyone help please. I have pictures of the wall finish i am after but cant upload on this blog.
