SIMONVW.

THIS IS WORK OUTDOORS WHICH IS COVERED BY THE SCOPE
OF PART P . READ DOC S PROJECT STATEMENT ON PART P .
A LOT OF OUTDOOR WORK LIKE THIS IS BEING DONE BY THE HOUSE HOLDER HIMSLEF AND IT WOULD BE GREAT IF EVERYTHING THE HOUSEHOLDER DID WORKED OKAY FIRST TIME.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION HAS LIKE ANYTHING ELSE HAD TO BE DONE IN A PARTICULAR WAY USING SOMETIMES DIFFICULT METHODS IF NOT
COME ACROSS BEFORE. A MISTAKE CAN BE MADE WHICH IS NOT UNDERSTOOD BY THE PERSON AND IT IS THIS SCENARIO WHICH CAN BE UNFAIR TO THE INSTALLER AS THERE ARE INTRODUCED DANGERS
THIS IS WHY PART P IS THERE TO PROTECT THE PERSONS WHO DO NOT
HAVE SUFFICENT KNOWLEDGE TO AVOID THE DANGERS ELECTRICITY
CREATES.
THE HOUSEHOLDER CAN AND DOES DO THE WORK HIMSLEF.
HE CAN GET IN LOCAL AUTHORITY BUILDING CONTROL.
HAVE CABLES,ROUTES, INSTALLATION METHODS,MATERIALS USED,
CHECKED OVER.
BUT NO ELECTRICIAN IS ALLOWED TO SELF CERTIFY ANY WORK THAT HE HAS NOT CARRIED OUT.
THIS STILL LEAVES A 3RD PERSON IN EFFECT A 2ND ELECTRICIAN
TO DO A PERIODIC INSPECTION TO CERTIFY THE WORK THUS
COMPLETING CERTIFICATION AND VERIFYING THE WORK SAFE TO REMAIN IN SERVICE.
TO CONCLUDE SIMON U HAVE THE CHOICE U CAN WORK OUT YOUR
CONNECTIONS AND HOPEFULLY GET YOUR LIGHT WORKING, WHICH I HOPE U DO, OR U CAN GET A PART P LECKIE IN TO HELP U WITH THE PROBLEM
