Spray painting a metal bedframe - advice needed!

Hi
first time posting so I hope you can help me....
I would like to buy this bed for my daughter's bedroom but I want to respray it in a different colour.

If you can't see the link, it is a 'day-bed' frame from Ikea which is made of
steel and black paintwork made of 'pigmented epoxy/polyester powder coating'.

My questions are:
a) can anyone recommend a brand of spray or paint that will do this job and be safe for a childs bed?
b) preferable a brand with a good palate of colours
c) any tips for this job - first time spraying anything!
