Stain on Oak Worktop

Hi there

I did a bit of a silly thing.. i left a bottle of fabric conditioner on my oak work top and as a result has left a stain (there must have been some at the bottom of the bottle)

Can i sand it down and re oil it? if so, how do i do it?
