    Stainsand odour after fire

    Postby notaveryhandyman » Tue Aug 28, 2007 3:19 pm

We have just had our kitchen re-painted a few months ago,but the fire left it quite badly stained and some marks won't wash off (hot water+Flash)
Is there something we could use to remove the hard stains without having to repaint the bits that are badly stained?

And what can we do to rid the horrible smell of smoke? we keep the window open and use several airfreshners (candles ,spray, etc)
    but it's still there
