steam & hot water in F&E tank when c/h on for a whil

hi Povetheman here can anyone help with my boiler problem?
potterton neataheat electronic boiler, 2 motorised valves, pump, 15 rads & H/W cylinder, all have been working fine until about a month ago when loud bubbling noises were heard in airing cupboard steam and hot water rising up to F/E tank. Have used Sentinel X800 jetflo to clean out system at same time I fitted TRV's to all except 2 rads 1 in bathroom next to A/C and one in extension as its in a confined space. While running system through with cleaner the problem has got worse more noise more steam & hot water any ideas what it can be?

Seems as if the water in the central heating circuit is boiling. When do the noises occur? When the boiler is firing or after it has switched off. Is it every time or just occasionally?

Maybe the boiler thermostat is beginning to fail or is set too high. Turn it down to see if things improve.

thanks for the advice, boiler stat clicks on/off ok and shuts off boiler! the noise travels along the pipes under the floor upstairs and can be traced up through the pump and into loft tank, it usually happens just after the boiler cuts out but sometimes it will still happen if the boiler continues to run if the room stat is set high. Also the boiler casing is too hot to touch!!!
