stick-on tiles on top of ceramic floor tiles

I have ceramic tiles grouted to my bathroom floor, I dont want to break them up to remove them so I thought that if I fill in the grouted areas with more grout to make the floor all level, that I can then stick the plastic sticky-back tiles straight on top, would this work?[/b]
