    Postby lyndamw » Wed Jan 25, 2012 10:34 pm

is it ok to plug in a 2kw storage heater into a socket using a timer on the socket i know you cant put over 3kw but i am using my 2kw heaters this way as having them wired in would mean i would have to have them on for the whole economy 7 time and they use so much electric and i have them set on the timers for 3 hours per night amd they are more than efficient and cheap this way too but do i need to change them please?
