I have some metal windows that have gloss paint on.
The previous owner was less than careful when painting the hardwood frames, and there is a lot of paint on the metal.
If I was to use a paint stripper (eg Nitromors) on them, presumeably this would strip down to the bare metal, which is not what I want.
I want to get them back to the original finish - is this possible?
Have you had a look at our DIY Projects section. We have several projects related to Paint Stripping and several peputable companies that supply paint stripping projects. Have a look through our list http://www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects.htm . Hope thi is of some help
