    TARMAC OVERLAY HELP!!!!

    hi guys, i have recently had my drive overlayed with tarmac and the council have been and said i need to place a soak away in the drive due to legistlation. is this so for overlaying a drive in the same material????


    i had the front garden dug out and tarmacked back in late 2007 and have now recently had it all over scimmed now the internal work on the house is finished??

    can someone shed some light on the situstion as this could end up been a real pain!!!
