Roughly how much does it cost to run a typical central heating and hot water pump for 16 hours?

Bananabean,
Depends on the speed setting so it could be anywhere between 0.6 and 1.2 kwh multiply this by the unit rate on your electric bill which could be between 14 and 28p so the cost will be between between 8 and 33p for the 16 hours.
