I have a Tile-it underfloor electric heat mat to fit, Instuctions on fitting are not very clear. The cable at both ends of the mat looks a bit like a co axial areial cable, woulr I be right in assuming that the outside cable is neg and the inside cable is positive? Ihave ran a resistence test on both cables and the inside cable is higher than the outside cable. If this is correct this would mean that there is no earth is this right.
Any advice pleeeeeeeeeease
