tile over tile

Ive got a roof terrace and its already tiled but i want to tile over it
im out in turkey and the tile adhesive is ceresit has anyone heard of it or recommend a good type of adhesive and grout.

ceresit is a chemical company they manufacture various building adhesives, silicones, cleaners etc. never used their tile adhesive but the rest of their stuff seems pretty good so sure it will be ok.

other brands are BAL, excelbond which are both brand leaders. for floor tiles i always use weber.
