Toilet in Garage conversion for mini house and Novice advice

by JordanRAlexander » Mon Jul 11, 2016 1:38 pm

Hi guys,

Need some complete novice advise. I'm in the process of converting my garage into a "mini-home" with a bedroom and hopefully, a small bathroom.

How easy is it to have a toilet installed? Will I need planning permission to do this? I'm not installing this myself, I'd ask a local professional to do so.

The garage is also detatched, if you need any more info please ask! Like I said, complete novice...

you can use saniflow for the toilet system, if your changing the garage to a room, you will need building control to come round and inspect the work you are doing. planning consent is not required unless you are changing the external part of the property
