Toilet seat fixing

Any ideas where to get a replacement pair, complete with washers and nuts etc, of the part illustrated in this link? http://website.lineone.net/~a.tonkin/offset.jpg

I thought it was for a mid-to-late 90's Ideal Standard Studio pedestal but Ideal have disowned it, despite the colour and shape of the seat matching the rest of the suite.
