Triton T80si Shower not working

Our shower stopped working so for ease we replaced it with the exact same model Triton T80si. There is power and water getting to shower but it does not work. When you pull the isolator switch the power light comes on shower. Before we re connected we checked that water was getting through and it was. Help !!
