trowel ripples in newly plastered ceiling

Post by jezlings2 » Thu Sep 27, 2007 10:01 pm

I have just finished a diy plastering course and have been brave enough to plaster a kitchen ceiling with my limited experience. I have finished the job but have made a few trowel ripples in the finish and was wondering if there was any way to get rid of them now that the plaster is dry.

hi jezlings2,
a bit of sanding and filling should do the job.

Many thanks for your advice, my husband had no idea and you have put my mind at rest.
