Hi, I have a utility room which used to be a downstairs toilet before I moved in. The toilet is no longer there but I want to put one in.
The soil pipe has been filled in with concrete or something similar.
Is it possible to unblock it. I've tried chipping away at it but I don't know how deep it goes down.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
