Underfloor heating

Hi folks we are building a stone house here in Bulgaria and are looking to put in underfloor heating for the winter months.

Is it possible in theory to simply run pipes from the back boiler of the wood burning stove throughout the ground floor and back to the back boiler?

Rather than adding radiators is it possible to simply run the pipes in their place?
