I'm renovating a very small flat and want to do away with the cold water tank and instal an electric combi boiler or some form of unvented hot water system (no gas). A combi boiler is probably more than the flat warrants - hot water for shower, basin and kitchen sink are my priorities raher than space heating. So far I haven't found any tradespeople who seem to know much about this. Can anyone give me advice, please?
