uvpc double glazed external doors

The moulding around my door window is comimg loose & the seal can be seen. How is this fixed on. Any help will be greatly appreciated. They were installed about 3 years ago.

the plastic beading is tapped in with a plastic hammer,Cant really see how it came loose though,
