had this installed 2 years ago and been really pleased with it but even though i have the thermostat in the hall set to summer (5 degrees) the boiler has been firing up and warming the radiators. To temporally solve this problem i have turned the water temperature on the boiler (radiator only) all the way down and this prevents for some reason the boiler firing up.So has anyone ant ideas why the boiler is doing this all of a sudden....thank

First thought would be the room stat being faulty. You could switch off the power to the heating system and disconnect the room stat and so create an open circuit in the boiler contol. Make sure the disconnected cables are separated and made safe. Switch the power on and see if the boiler still fires, if it does then the problem is within the boiler or the wiring between the boiler and the stat.
