|
|
Hi
We have designed a family room with external folding sliding doors to fill an opening of 2.75m.
I have looked at lots of options such as from Sunfold, Sunflex and other companies that seem to act as agents for a German company, there are also other companies in the UK that seem to do the same sort of thing.
If anyone could recommend a folding sliding door that would be absolutely great and will hopefully take some of the gamble away from such a purchase.
Many thanks |

You seem to be on the right lines. Sunflex are a reputable company who provide a reliable product.
'Scandanvian Window Systems', who also supply sunflex also provide other ranges that might be of use.
'Velfac' windows and doors are widly used throughout the construction industry as are 'Kawneer', but I'm not sure if they provide folding doors, they definetly do sliding tho'.
Have you considered getting a local joiner to make exactly the windows /doors you require. 'Coburn' provide some neat sliding & folding systems from which to hang youre bespoke doors.
hope this is of assistance. |
