Laminate flooring tutorial

Are there any laminate flooring tutorials online I can read to understand the basics of fitting this product.
The size I am considering is 194mm x 1290mm.
Also does anyone have an idea of what the cost is to have someone fit this type of flooring?

Go to your local hardware store and tell someone there what you wish to do. They will probably recommend a basement floor sealing paint. Basically, it's paint mixed with a chemical compound that turns to plastic when it dries.
