How to lay vinyl floor tiles

Hi

Can someone advise me on how best to lay vinyl floor tiles.
At the moment i have ceramic tiles with grouting, how do I make sure the grouting is level with the ceramic tiles so i can lay the new vinyl pones straight on top?

DevonSpeed,
Use self levelling compound with latex to smooth the floor then follow the instructions which come with the vinyl tiles.
