baxi solo 2 heating water problem

hi, have replaced fan, pcb and air pressure switch within last 2 months.
hot water working ok but when i ask for heating, nothing happens. thermostat is clicking to signify it knows what the temperature is but no lights on the pcb. when i ask for heat and hot water at the same time, all lights on and water heats up but no heating. HELP.

What about the room stat ? is it calling for heat ?
