Hi All,
I have a question regarding positioning of a house relative to the existing building line.
The building line ends at the side of my house and extends back into my yard and around to the rear of my house. I have enough room to put a small house within the building line to the rear but it would be right on the line on two sides. I have access to the proposed site via my yard and I own the ground on all four sides. The site is aprox 12 meters from the rear of my existing house.
Would this be viable position with regards to the building line? leaving to one side any other issues that may arrise.
