are tile adhesives different?

Can anyone tell me if its ok to use wall tile adhesive for floors or do i have to buy a special one? The floor tiles are porcelain on marine ply. :?

Yes I can its not. Use a bagged cementatious single part flexible adhesive. Ask your tile shop to recommend one for the tile you have purchased from them. I prefer BAL or Mapei.

Thanks for that roseberry, you learn something new everyday! It can be confusing when you see stuff that says wall and floor tile adhesive. We got the grout that you mix up which is flexible so the job will be a good un.
