I've got a toilet to fit, next week, which I can see I'm going to have problems fitting, therefore I could do with some advice please. Its one of those "designer" ones which fit flat to the wall. The soil pipe is located in the concrete floor. Once the pan is in situ' I can't get at the float valve connector because there's no gap behind the pan. Any advice on fitting these sort of loo's would be appreciated

If you cannot get to the cold water connection once it's in place, you'll have to connect the pipework to the cistern before fitting and hope it's watertight. Then once in place - connect the other end of the pipe to the MCWS.
