I have recently had double glazing fitted and have noticed that every time we have heavy driving rain a damp patch appears on the plaster in both bottom corners of the window. The glazier has looked at it and found no obvious gaps. He suggested keeping the windows shut but the rain still comes through.
Can anyone advise me why this should be happening. Should I insist the frame is removed and refitted to check for any faults?

You should certainly tell them you are NOT satisfied and you want it fixed and pronto before the weather gets any worse. How they do it is there problem - if that entails removing the frame completely thats up to them. TBH its not your place to tell them how to do it just that you want it sorted.

Cheers
