Gripfill spill

I spilled some gripfill a while ago on a PVC windowsill. It is now hard and I am looking to try and remove it. Any ideas on how to get rid of the spillage? Would contact solvent be the answer?

Nothing will remove the gripfil without damaging the plastic. Can only suggest you carefull shave off the gripfil.
