i had some Plastering done in my kitchen for some reason a small part has not Dried out.

i was told if i pant pva on the plaster the paint will stick to this is this right
the Plastering was done over 3 months ago dont under stand why it has not dried out.

No do not put pva on it, if you do then the moisture can not escape through it if its not a warm room then it can take a couple of months to dry especially if its been patched underneath the skimming aswell, you could have a bit of damp underneath also, put your heating on and open the window slightly to let he room breath whilst being warm and see if it dries first.

Hi, as Dan says don't put PVA on as it wont help. If it is still wet after all this time chances are that you either have damp problem or leak somewhere.
