stoves top oven & grill switching on but not heating up.

Hi all, I have a Stoves double oven electric cooker, the top oven and the grill switch on but only get luke warm, the bottom oven and hob are ok. This happened after part of my kitchen ceiling collapsed and landed on it!, any help would be really appreciated thank, Mark.

Sounds like somethings been damaged, could well be thermostat or element problem.
